We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy within a specified timeframe.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered, please email us at hello@prize-wear.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and the reason for return or call +234 0706 706 2988. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your request.
Your order must be returned within 7 days of return confirmation with all its original packaging including any boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials.
- We cannot accept jewelry without tags or that has been worn, used, altered, tangled or damaged in any way. Prizewear Jewelry reserves the right to reject a return if the item appears altered or shows signs of wear in any way.
Please note for exchanges, you, our dear customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only where the item ordered was defective or was mixed-up in any way.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your order however, if you have major concerns about the item purchased and would not want to opt for an exchange or store credit, a refund would be offered. Please raise the concern within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note that items from a sale or promotion do not qualify for refund or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Please then contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@prize-wear.com
