Shipping Cost.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed within Nigeria or the US will take 1-6 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Although we aim to pack your order within 24 hours, we are a growing business with a small team. To ensure all orders are packaged with care, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order & ship.
 

Duties & Taxes

Payment of these fees is determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees, however these should be minimal.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts so please check and re-check to ensure there are no errors in the shipping information provided. Unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures sometimes impact delivery times as well.

 

Returns

  We are bummed if you are not 100% satisfied with your order and we have made the returns process simple and easy in the unlikely event this happens. Send an email to hello@prize-wear.com and we'll inform you on how to return your item.

• You have within 14 days of delivery to notify us that you would like to return your item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange.
• We don't refund the shipping cost of your order
• All jewelry is refundable/exchangeable except earrings due to hygiene reasons.
• Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your bank account. 
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to hello@prize-wear.com 
• If your jewelry piece is faulty (e.g. broken chain/loose stone), please note we will replace the jewelry only once.
